Thomas Hector Simmonds

Thomas Hector Simmonds, the son of Asaph Simmonds and Edith Ellen Parish was born on the 10th March 1906 in Martley, Worcestershire. He was a boot and shoe repairer working with his brother Pelham for most of his life but for the last 12 years or so he was a brewer at Holbrooks vinegar works in Stourport-on-Severn.

He married Ada Richmond in 1933 in Stourbridge.

Thomas died on the 17th June 1971 aged 65 years in Areley Kings and is buried in the parish church of St. Bartholomew. Ada Simmonds died on the 11th May 1997 aged 90 years and is also buried in the parish church of St. Bartholomew.
